While I don't have pics, my overall health has improved tremendously!
I'm able to walk 30-45 min at a solid 1-1.5 incline at a max speed
of 4-4.3mph. I believe
I've gained a tremendous amount of muscle mass while only eating
5 meals a day.
I must admit that at
first it's been hard going out and only having 1 beer or no beers
at all vs. 10-15 beers and a large pizza afterward. Football, Saturday's
and the tailgating that comes with it have also been a burden because
I can't always have some veggies laying around while I'm out with
the guys. I've learned to do what works for me and continue the
next day as regimented by you in the plan.
Most importantly, I want
to 'Thank-You' Chuck. In all honesty, this diet isn't for everyone.
It takes a definite level of commitment but in the end is very achievable
with a little determination and desire to be healthy. My overall
health has improved resulting in more effective and beneficial workouts.
My mass has increased, my strength has increased and my posture
has improved, but most importantly I've gained back a significant
level of confidence in myself because I not only see results and
am looking good but simply 'feel' healthy. Again, your help, positive
attitude and program has been instrumental in helping me achieve
my goals and it is very much appreciated!
Regards,
Adam

I am thrilled with the program you
gave me. Honestly Chuck, this is the most conditioned I have been
this far from a show. Normally legs don't come in until the week
of but the lines are there now... So I'm happy... As that is the
hardest part for me

From 252 on sunday to 260 today and
I'm leaner? How does that happen?

I want to thank you for all your help. Sticking it out on this diet
has not been easy for me (mentally that is). It really has helped
me calm down my cravings and regain control of my eating. I have
not had any binge behavior at all these past 5 weeks. I am confident
this 6th week will play out the same. I do not feel out of control
any more or like I just want to crawl in a hole. I had a really
rough time of it before I re-contacted you. I thought of doing things
that NEVER would have normally crossed my mind. I had a few very
unstable moments and I am thankful that I never followed through
with those. I honestly believe my brain chemistry was off kilter
and this diet helped get it reset.
Thanks again for being patient.

I just wanted to let you know I am
still thriving on the cut diet. I am down to 177 lbs so I have lost
just over 2 pounds in two weeks and my energy levels are through
the roof. Strength is stabilizing but I feel like I am dropping
bodyfat very easily. I finally added Anagen and Fenotest to my daily
supplement schedule and I really feel like these have helped me
in the cutting process. I also put down some money for the rest
of the Cut Diet stack and I am expecting to get it in a few days.
I have been switching up my fat sources taking in peanut/almond
butter for my early meals and switching to avocado for my evening
meals. I have not had any deviation in my diet when I eat out I
pretty much only eat salmon/chicken/tilapia with double veggies.
I have actually been very surprised at how accommodating restaurants
are with this. Thanks man you are helping me to reach my goals faster
than I thought was possible.
This
part is just a comment of the quality of the service from you guys
at Scivation. I have been following the training logs of Derek and
Marc and I am continually amazed at the level of dedication you
have in your clients and I just wanted to say that I am extremely
happy in choosing you to help me out with my diet.

Hey Chuck just wanted to let you know that according
to my scale I gained .5 pounds this week. However, I
was really surprised looking at myself in the mirror I have never
been this lean in my life. Strength and Energy have been good
through the week and I have been sticking to the diet 100%.
----------------------
I'm very happy with the results I'm getting. If
I had to guess, I'm probably 8.5-9% right now. Energy
and strength are excellent (usually I lose a lot more strength
when I cut). No hunger at all (my idea of cheating is skipping
a meal).

I'm feeling the best I’ve ever felt in my life. I
started at 285lbs, I weighed in last Saturday at 257lbs. I'm fitting
into 38 pants, so that’s about 6in off the waist, so things
are going extremely well. I received my Scivation Cut book and have
gone through it from front to back, my mom's even adopting the theories.
----------------------
I'm surprised myself that I was even able to get to 195lbs and yet still stay this lean. I've been trying to gain weight for the longest time. Then you put me on a program and BAM, I started gaining in no time. That's why you're the man!

Chuck,
Here are my Cut Diet results so far:
Starting weight 187 lbs.
Week 1 185.5
“ 2 184.0
“ 3 182.5
“ 4 182.0
“ 5 179.5
“ 6 183.5
I think I have been using too much salt on my food. I will use next to none this week, drink more water and see where my weight is next Monday morning.
I am very pleased with the loss of the waist line fat.

I’m currently on week 2 of the Cut Diet and I swear this (diet) is crazy. It’s somewhat similar to Rob Faigins NHE with much more quantitative and qualitative direction given for the carb load. I’m getting freakin’ ripped. One phenomena that I’ve experienced is that rather than the usual 48-72 hours for my fluids to balance from an indiscriminate carb load, the day after a cut diet (carb load) by early afternoon my skin is thin as hell.

Hey chuck
Things are going great. My weight is good, I'm at a consistent 225, and I feel real good. All my numbers in the weightroom have gone up and I feel real light on my feet and fast when we are doing all our speed work. As far as I see, there needs to be no changes, unless you think by changing it in someway it will help me out even more. Let me know. Thanks

Starting March 22nd I started dieting with chuck, when I started I was hovering around 173 (`149lb Lean Mass) with around 13% body fat. I decided to do the “cut diet”, so he had me start at around 2400 cals (high fat/low carbs from veggies) and gradually decreased as weeks went on. I got stronger a lot stronger in the beginning, my weight on every exercise jumped but I wasn’t losing weight. So with chuck’s help, I talked to him almost an hour a day on instant messenger, we began to increase cardio and then later drop cals little by little. The craziest thing about this diet was my endurance, I could do so much cardio and I would not get tired. I’m talking about running 5miles after lifting while lifting progressively heavier and heavier each time. I’ve tried everything before and couldn’t lose the weight, but ill tell you I got down to about 169 and around 9% body fat (`154lb Lean Mass)(I GAINED MUSCLE AND LOST FAT) with this diet. I think that is pretty crazy, but it worked and probably wouldn’t have if I didn’t have the communication with Chuck every day and the changes in my diet and cardio.

Chuck, just read the book and all I can say is WOW!!! I’ve learned more in those pages than I have in reading the boards the past two years as well as reading MD. I was really impressed with the breakdown of each supplement and it has convinced me that Primaforce/Scivation are THE only supps i will use from here on out. Instead of the typical, "take this and get mindblowing pumps and garden hose veins" you guys provide the science and detail behind it.

Just wanted to tell you thanks for the awesome diet plan. I made weight no problem and felt great. I just finished competing and I qualified for the National Tournament. I won my first fight by 6 points and lost in the finals 1-0. It was a close match, but I'll probably get a chance to compete against her again at Nationals in November. Thanks again for the great plan.

Chuck, everything is going really well, I’m just finishing up week 5 on this coming Monday and I have so far been very pleased with the results!
I have been noticing enhanced vascularity, and getting harder and the good news is that the muscle bellies still seem full as well! So all in all I am very pleased with what is happening and I am excited about the further progress.
I haven’t gotten my bodyfat checked but I can definitely tell it has dropped significantly and I am weighing in at around 196 so I have lost around 4 or 5 pounds.
I don’t know if you want to make any changes etc... but thank you very much for the diet and I look forward to your input.

Hey Chuck,
Things are going great. I'm down 4 pounds but strength is even or up on all
lifts. I'm experiencing some fatigue and loss of libido, but that's to be
expected during cutting. The info u emailed me is well worth the price, since
I'm now armed with knowledge for life.

I am down to 174.5 and waist is down to 32.25. I have been following a hacked version of your hardcore cut for the last 3 weeks. The thermal rage has been excellent, very impressive in concert with lower carbs. I have actually gained some muscle too, despite being lighter. My arms were 15.5 at 178.5, now they are back to 16, which they were when I was 186.

Hey Chuck,
The program has been awesome so far! Results are better than what I expected. Just have a couple questions.
I started the program June 8 and weighed 183 lbs. I weighed myself Thursday June 29 and weighed 189 lbs. Do you think 6 lbs in 3 weeks is a pretty good pace? Also, I have 3 more weeks left on the program. Should I keep doing the same routine after the 3 weeks or switch it up a little bit?
Thanks for all your help, the program and results are definitely motivating me to keep working out harder and harder every week.
